New Local Networks, SIG and NewsLetter

Two new Local Networks have been formed - isENBIS for Israel and ukENBIS for the UK. Members can go to My account (at the top, where it says you are logged in) and join whichever local network is appropriate for them.

A Statistical Computing SIG has also been formed.  Again, go to My account to join this SIG.

The latest ENBIS NewsLetter has now been uploaded to the website.
